"Adventurous Prayer"; a study from the "Women of Faith" series. Prayer: we
know we should all do it more often; our days are full, our lives are
complicated, and our hearts are heavy with unspoken prayers. God knows,
and He is waiting for us to turn, and tell Him all about it. God is
listening for our whispers, and He will answer us.

Grades 6, 7 and 8 Ministry
Overflow is our youth program designed especially for students in grades 6, 7, and 8. It is a creative and fun mid-week program for students in our church and community. Each night is designed to be relevant to Grade 6, 7, and 8 students, and is distinct from what is being offered to other age groups. It is a place to deal with the big questions in life: where God is honoured and relationships are nurtured. Overflow meets Wednesday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. beginning September 21.

Let me take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in Overflow! Overflow is a Grade 6, 7 & 8 ministry of Avenue Road Baptist Church. It is our goal to provide a safe and fun place where students in Grade 6, 7 & 8 can build solid relationships with their peers and with caring, mentoring adults as well as explore the BIG questions in life.
Overflow takes place on Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm until 8:30pm. New students are always welcome! The evening includes a variety of exciting activities like games, contests, a tuck shop, sharing about the week, and group discussions.
Students at Overflow compete to earn awesome team celebration events three different times throughout the year. Students can earn points for bringing new friends, memorizing Bible verses, participating in team games and competitions, and even for just showing up.
At Overflow, we are fortunate to have an incredible team of volunteers who help to make each student's experience a positive one. Our volunteer team and I would enjoy the opportunity to meet you in person. Please feel free to introduce yourself one night when you're picking up your son or daughter.
